2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. By participating in the Promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising, promotional partners and promotional agencies (collectively, "Promotion Entities") and the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) or household members (whether or not related) of each are not eligible. This promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

3. DRAWING AND PRIZE CLAIM. The winners will be selected in two (2) random drawings on or about August 15, 2009 from all eligible entries received.  Winners will be notified by mail, overnight mail or in such other manner as determined by Sponsor on or about five (5) business days following the drawing.

4. PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE AND ODDS OF WINNING. Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) Char-Broil Commercial Series 500-Infrared Model #463247109 Gas Grill (A.R.V. $399). All costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and prize substitutions will not be allowed, except at sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Taxes, if any, on prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. DISCLAIMER. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors. Liability for any irregular or defective Code is limited to replacement with another, while supplies last. Any Code received that is tampered with, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, will be null and void. Sponsor and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any human, or other error, which may occur during this sweepstakes. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in Rule 4. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify suspect entries and/or modify or terminate the promotion in a manner deemed reasonable by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. GENERAL. Potential winners and parent or legal guardian of potential winners, if winner is under the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction, may be required to complete and sign a prize claim notice or an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of attempted notification and delivery of documents. Failure to comply with this condition or the return of prize documents as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize, without compensation. Participation constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for advertising, promotion, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this promotion. By accepting prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotion Entities from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind to property or person(s), including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from or in connection with participation in the promotion, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity.

7. CODE VERIFICATION. All Codes are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor and in a manner solely determined by Sponsor. Should Sponsor require that any Codes or materials containing Codes be submitted, they shall be submitted promptly. Sponsor reserves the right to require submission of any original Code coupon for which a Code has been entered. The Sponsor and the Promotion Entities shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any void Code, such as but not limited to, Codes and materials containing Codes which contain or are the result of printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error, or if they fail to contain special anti-fraud security markings that may be applied at the time of production or are not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is defective, illegible, altered, duplicated, photocopied, reproduced, forged, counterfeited, defaced, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if they contain, or are the result of, a printing, seeding, typographical, mechanical, digital, electronic or any other errors.

8. WAIVER. By entering this promotion, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.

9. WINNERS LIST. For a list of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to The FunniBonz Barbeque Sauce Char-Broil Grill Giveaway Winner’s List, 3 Lake View Court, West Windsor, NJ 08550. Requests must be received within six (6) weeks of program end.
