Pork

Hot HamBonz Melt
Freshly-sliced honey ham
Sliced cheddar cheese
Fresh red onion slices
Italian focaccia bread
Romaine lettuce leaves
FunniBonz Original or Spicy Barbeque Sauce
FunniBonz Tangy Mustard Sauce or Other Mustard

Build the sandwich and press in a hot Panini press or grill on a hot, buttered pan on the stovetop until the bread is toasted and cheddar is melted.

Serve with a cup of your favorite soup or sweet potato fries on the side.
 
 
FunniBonz Pulled Pork
1 pork shoulder
1 can chicken broth
Salt
1 jar FunniBonz Original or Spicy Barbeque Sauce

Place rinsed shoulder into Dutch oven. Add broth and about 1/4 tsp salt. Cover and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer on low for 2-3 hours until meat is tender and falling apart.

Drain and return to pot. Use two forks to pull pork apart into shreds. Coat well with
barbeque sauce. Serve on snowflake rolls topped with fresh cole slaw.
 
 

FunniBonz Pork Chops

Eight ½ inch pork chops
½ medium onion, diced
water

FunniBonz Barbeque Sauce

 

Preheat oven to 375°. Place pork chops in 13 x 9 x 2 glass baking dish and cover with onions. Add about 1/2-inch water. Pour barbecue sauce on chops as desired. Spread evenly to cover all chops. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 10 minutes. During last 10 minutes lower oven to 350 degrees and baste chops with sauce every 2 minutes. Serves four.

 

 

FunniBonz Tender Spareribs

4-5 pounds ribs

1 cup celery leaves

4 garlic cloves crushed

2 bay leaves

1 medium onion chopped

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

10 cups water

Your favorite dry rub

 

Bring all ingredients to a boil.  Add ribs and simmer for one hour.  Remove from heat and coat evenly with dry rub.  Reserve one cup of liquid from boil and place in bottom of pan with ribs.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.

 

Place over hot coals.  Brush with FunniBonz Barbeque Sauce and grill until browned.  Serve immediately with extra napkins.
