FunniBonz Barbeque
Shrimp 1 lb.
shrimp 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped Parsley,
roughly chopped Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/2 stick of
butter FunniBonz Original Barbeque
Sauce
Preheat oven to 350°. Wash, devein and
butterfly shrimp but leave the shells on.
Melt butter in a
bowl. Mix in lemon juice, parsley, garlic and 1/2 cup
FunniBonz Original BBQ Sauce.
Drop
the shrimp into the BBQ mixture and coat thoroughly. Remove
and spread shrimp on a cookie sheet, shells down.
Place
cookie tray into oven and cook just until shells are pink and shrimp
is no longer translucent, about 8 minutes. Serve hot.
Makes a quick, easy and delicious
appetizer.
Fried Catfish Nuggets 4 fresh catfish fillets 1/2 cup milk 1 1/2 cups
panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup flour Creole seasoning Salt and
Pepper Canola oil FunniBonz Original Barbeque
Sauce
Coat bottom of
frying pan with oil and heat to medium-high.
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Pour
milk into a separate bowl.
Rinse and cut
fillets into one-inch nuggets. Dip pieces into milk wash, then
into breadcrumb mixture.
Fry until golden brown and drain on paper
towels. Serve hot and crispy with warmed FunniBonz sauce
on the side for dipping.
