Chicken

FunniBonz Shredded Chicken
5 or 6 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can chicken broth
Salt
1 jar FunniBonz Original Barbeque Sauce

Place rinsed chicken pieces into Dutch oven.  Add chicken broth.  Add water until chicken is completely covered and about 1/4 tsp salt.  Cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer on low for about an hour until chicken is tender and falling apart.

Drain and return chicken to pot.  Use two forks to pull the chicken apart into strips.  Coat well with barbeque sauce.  Serve on Kaiser rolls with sliced dill pickles.
