Barbeque Sauce Chili
3 tbsp. drippings
from 3 slices cooked bacon
1 large onion
chopped
4 garlic cloves
chopped
2½ pounds ground
beef
In a small bowl
combine:
1 teaspoon
chili powder*
2 teaspoons
salt
1 tablespoon
oregano leaves
1 teaspoon ground
cumin
¾ teaspoon powdered
mustard
½ teaspoon curry
powder
½ teaspoons ground
pepper
½ teaspoon garlic
salt
Add to Beef
mixture:
1 cup
FunniBonz Spicy Barbeque Sauce*
1-15 ounce can
tomato puree
1-15 ounce can
whole tomatoes chopped (do not use tomatoes with sugar)
2-15 ounce cans red
kidney beans, with liquid
½ cup beef broth or
tomato juice
Fry bacon. Use reserved drippings to
sauté onions and garlic until tender. Add ground beef and sauté
until browned. Add
remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 2 hours.
Serve with fluffy
white rice, tortillas and cheddar cheese or a dollop of cool sour
cream.
*Note: Chili powder
and FunniBonz sauce amounts can be adjusted to taste. Also great with FunniBonz
Original Barbeque Sauce for a smaller kick.
FunniBonz Sloppy Joes

lb. ground beef
½
medium onion, diced
½
green pepper, diced
¼
cup diced tomatoes
FunniBonz
Barbeque Sauce
Sauté
ground beef, onion and peppers together until meat is cooked through
and onions are translucent.
Drain
fat and add FunniBonz sauce to taste.
Serve
on soft sesame seed buns with a side of potato salad. Makes four
servings.
