Mild Brie cheese
1/2 cup FunniBonz Spicy Barbeque Sauce
1/2 cup Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sweet chili dipping sauce
1/8 cup Rice wine vinegar
1 Scallion, chopped
FunniBonz Tangy Mustard Sauce or Dijon Mustard
Tempura batter mix

Make Tempura batter according to package directions.  Set aside.

Make the FunniBonz BBQ Burger Glaze by mixing the FunniBonz Spicy BBQ
sauce with  the soy sauce, the sweet chili sauce, the rice wine vinegar and chopped scallions. Set aside.

Form your hamburger around a big slice of the Brie.  Grill burger to medium then let cool.

Once it has cooled, coat the burger in tempura batter and then drop it in hot oil.

While it is cooking, spread the mustard sauce on the bottom of a toasted sesame seed bun.  Once the tempura becomes golden brown, place it on the bun and top it with the FunniBonz BBQ glaze.
